Serendipity is a comfortable bungalow with a beautiful secluded garden in which wild badgers can be seen feeding nightly. We are situated in the ancient village of Winsley on the B3108, 3 miles south east of Bath and two miles west of Bradford on Avon. A beautiful Saxon town (The most southerly in the Cotswolds).
The village is situated on top of a hill overlooking the Lympley Stoke Valley with the River Avon and the Kennet and Avon Canal running through. It is 20 minutes walk from Serendipity to the canal/river at Avoncliffe. The village has recently been by-passed and is now peaceful since the bulk of the traffic has been diverted. We are in an area of outstanding beauty, ideal for walking or cycling. Canal boats and bicycles can be hired locally.
We are on a main bus route - every 20 minutes to Bath.
We have ample private parking.
Ground floor accommodation is available with king-size beds.
All rooms are en-suite with colour TV coffee and tea making facilities.
One room has a vine covered private patio overlooking the garden.
