Situated in the heart of Bath overlooking The Parade Gardens and with views towards Bath Abbey with the Roman Baths and Pump Rooms only two minutes walk away. The Parade Park was built in the 1740's and has maintained many original features.

Bath's internationally renowned shopping centre boasts unique specialist shops. One of the delights of this World Heritage City are the various street performers seen all year round.

North Parade overlooks the beautiful Parade Gardens and River Avon with views of the surrounding hills. There are five golf courses within easy reach of the city and Bath's Sports and Leisure Centre is just across the road.

Most rooms are en-suite and are well appointed with colour TVs, radios, hairdryers and tea & coffee tray and are freshly finished with coordinating linens. Four posters also available. All rooms are non-smoking.

The Roman Baths and the City's finest restaurants are on the doorstep with both railway and bus stations three minutes walk.

Railway and bus stations and all of Bath's shops are within easy walking distance.

To end a pleasurable day visit one of the city's excellent restaurants from reasonably priced Bistros to Haute Cuisine.
Evening entertainment could include a trip to the famous Theatre Royal, a comedy walk or a boat trip on the River Avon.
Other attractions are the open-top bus tours, canal walks, cycle hire, Bath races, golf clubs, cricket and rugby. Bath is also an ideal base to explore surrounding attractions including Bradford-On-Avon, Lacock,
Castle Combe, Wells, Cheddar, Stonehenge, Avebury and Salisbury.
